Roles and Responsibilities

Demonstrates effective, clear and professional written and oral communication
Actively seeks solutions through logical reasoning and data interpretation skills and identifies trends

to appropriate channel including improvement suggestions

Provides prompt and efficient service to Customers and Account Managers including the appropriate

escalation of Customer’s issues

Maintains a positive and professional demeanor always portraying the company in a positive light and

effectively managing sensitive issues

Desired Candidate Profile

1+ years experience in handling agency trafficking
Must have experience in ad servers like DCM/Google Campaign Manager, DV360, Sizmek or Innovid, Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter and Snapchat.
Should be familiar with campaign setup, Floodlight creation, reporting
Should ensure creatives are meeting the specifications and make sure the ads are previewing correctly
Should analyze the media plan and make sure to implement it correctly
Experience in basic troubleshooting of tag issues
Effectively communicate with clients and internal teams
Maintain accurate and complete client files documenting specific requirements of each client
