Job Opening for Medical Administrator in Medical Services - KIMS Hospitals

Qualification : MBBS, BDS, BAMS + Master in Admin ,PGDHM

Experience : 0 - 5 yrs

Job Location : Secunderabad

Vacancies : 10

Job Responsibilities :

Doctor’s rounds: making sure all patients are be visited by the respective consultants everyday and notes are being written
Doctor’s orders: Follow up and getting all doctors orders (Investigations, Procedures, Medicines, etc) completed in a defined timeline
Drug chat/orders: All due medication given on time, N/A of medication to reported
Cross-Consultation: all cross-consultations to be documented, executed and completed in a defined timeline
EDD: Discharge summary to be prepared for all planned discharges (24hrs before the time of discharge)
Medical Grievance handling: Attend to all medical grievances in the floor
Meet all newly admitted patients/everyday: To meet all newly admitted patients in the ward.
MRD: Responsible for completion of Case-sheet as required by MRD
