Key Roles and Responsibilities

Direct, plan & manage end to end clinical administration of 1300 bedded multispecialty hospital having 20 OTs and 100 ICU beds

Ensure excellent delivery of clinical services resulting into optimum & positive net promoter scores/ patient care

Analyze clinical data and mapping corrective actions and mitigation plans

Monitoring the OPDs, IPDS, ICUS, Emergency w.r.t line of treatment and services



Desired Candidate Profile

Qualification: MBBS + MD/MS/ MBA in Hospital Administration.

Experience : At least 15 Years of experience in Medical Administration

Its a Medical College attached & affiliated Hospital, hence the candidate must qualify as per NMC norms
