One97 Communications Limited that owns the brand Paytm is founded by Vijay ShekharSharma.About the team: QR, Soundbox and EDC (MHD) team handles merchant queries and concerns on QR code andSoundbox related like Payment, settlement, device related issues etc.About the role: Candidate has to handle concerns and complaints raised by the merchant day to day basis andmake sure the daily task is being closed within the defined TAT with good merchant experience.Expectations/ Requirements:

guidelines
  • Provide merchant support by call or email
  • Languages – English, Hindi and any 1 regional language is a plus
  • Excellent merchant service skills that build high levels of merchant satisfaction
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
