Brief summary of primary skills required / roles and responsibilities:

Install, upgrade, and configure Oracle Weblogic and other middleware components including IBM WebSphere and MQ
Should be familiar with Weblogic skills
WebSphere application server administration exposure on WAS version 8.5 and WAS9
Technical support to applications on trouble shooting environment, software and application level issues for WebSphere
Building WebSphere application server environments, VA fixes, driving production changes
Providing capacity analysis and architectural solution for WebSphere Application environment setups
Experience in analyzing WebSphere log files and generating automated performance reports relying on extensive experience
Good Knowledge in Oracle and Java
