Overview of job

Neo India is an agency of GroupM, the world’s largest media investment company and are a part of WPP. In fact, we are responsible for one in every three ads you see globally. We are currently looking for a MIS executive / manager to join us. You should be proficient in MIS reports, visualizations, great with excel and have knowledge of collating data from multiple sources. Working knowledge of Power BI will be an added advantage.

Reporting of the role – Head MIS

In three months:

  • Be hands on with the various data formats and dashboards
  • Be able to collate the data and share with the client as per the business requirements

In six months:

  • Build new MIS formats and visualization
  • Suggest new ways of looking at the data to derive and deliver newer insights to the client
  • Start participating in the reporting automation journey

In 12 months:

  • Transform the reporting process, data and MIS, visualization process for the business

What you’ll bring:

  • Hands on MIS experience on excel, Power BI, datorama and other visualization tools
  • Ability to take ownership of the MIS process and run with it Expertise in offline mediums + working knowledge of digital platforms
  • Good in communication and ability to present well
  • Pro-activeness
  • Communication skills
  • Excellent Stake holder management
  • Articulate and be creative in driving media solutions

Minimum qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-4 Years of experience in MIS management
  • Advance excel knowledge, working knowledge of Power BI, Datorama and other visualization tool
  • Visualization skills
  • Experience in reporting automation
