Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role, located in Mahesana. As an MIS Executive, your main job is to make things better using tools like Google Sheets, App Sheet, Google Forms, and MS Excel. We want someone who loves to learn on their own and use that knowledge to improve our systems. We’ll teach you what to do and how to make things better, and you’ll work with different teams to communicate your ideas. If you enjoy learning, implementing what you learn, and working with others, this role is for you!

Responsibilities:

  • Tool Creation: Build tools using Google Sheets, App Sheet, Google Forms, and MS Excel to make our systems work better.
  • Self-Learning: Be motivated to learn new things on your own and apply that learning to enhance our processes.
  • Communication: Work with different teams and let them know how your tools can make their work easier.
  • Coaching: We’ll provide coaching on what needs to be done and how to improve different systems.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Eagerness to learn and apply new skills.
  • Familiarity with Google Sheets, App Sheet, Google Forms, and MS Excel.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to follow coaching and implement improvements.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Preferred Candidate profile:

  • Priority will be given to a localized candidate from Mahesana, Ahmedabad or any near by city.
  • This entry level position, so freshers with zeal to learn can also apply.
