• Progressing stalled incidents with customers and internal teams • Assign and notify next level support of technical trouble tickets that cannot be resolved at the service desk manually. • Reviewing Change Requests for correct completion • Ensuring Change Requests are completed following implementation. • Checking various auto-generated reports - ensuring data is in the correct state, and reports issued in a timely manner • Spot checks and audits of incident records for correct completion • Progressing various tasks relating to audits and security incidents. • Managing system access. • Data collection, logic checking and production of Monthly Service Reports • Managing the customer satisfaction survey • Maintaining customer distribution lists • Controlling the User Access Database • Reviewing the customer portal, and ensuring information is current and relevant • Other adhoc admin tasks • Create and maintain IT documentation

MandatorySkills:
• Experience with Windows Desktop Support and Administration (Active Directory, DNS, DFS) • Use of monitoring system to investigate and identify issues using trending and reporting

Experience (In Month): 24

Qualification: Technical Graduate
