Job Description: 1. Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, QoS)

2. Provide installation & maintenance support to new server hardware and Software infrastructure.

3.Identifying/Troubleshooting system/network/epabx/cctv problems.

4. Implementing and administrating common TCP/IP based service.

5. Reporting & MIS

6. Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability.

7. Provide support and troubleshooting to resolve issues.

8. Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure
Select and implement security tools, policies, and procedures in conjunction with the company’s security team.

Network Support Engineer Roles and Responsibilities:

Candidate should be well versed with Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of Windows server. Candidate should be experienced in Firewall configuration and Maintenance, Knowledge of VLAN/UPN/P2P wireless devices is necessary.

Maintaining and administering computer networks and related computing environments including systems software, applications software, hardware, and configurations.
Protecting data, software, and hardware by coordinating, planning, and implementing network security measures.
Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving hardware, software, and other network and system problems.
Replacing faulty network hardware components when required.
Maintaining, configuring, and monitoring virus protection software and email applications.
Coordinating computer network access and use.

Network Support Engineer Requirements:

Qualification -Graduate / Diploma (any field) with certification in Hardware & Networking.

Experience: 2-4 years of relevant experience is required

Skills & Attributes:Decent communication skills, ability to learn fast, problem solving attitude, must be open for travel Pithampur & Bardari.

Note - Preference will be given to Indore Candidates
