Job Description

Handling end to end recruitment for NON-IT ITES
Responsible for end to end recruitment for all the levels - Junior, Mid and senior level requirements bulk hiring.
Responsible for handling the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, short listing the resumes, scheduling, conducting interviews, negotiating salaries joining formalities.
Attending meetings with team lead in order to meet deadlines, maintaining output and cost effective hiring.
Generating a database of candidates through various sources such as Jobsites, Employee referrals, Networking websites (Professional Social) etc.
Negotiating and releasing offers for selected candidates.
Handholding offered candidates till joining.
Follow up with offered candidates to ensure offer to onboard conversion.
Managing the weekend recruitment drives which comprise of identifying and coordinating with the technical panelists.
