We have opening for NPI & Program Managerrole with reputed company to be based out Noida.

Position Description:

1. Overall control new product instruction progress, focused on the efficiency management of NPI schedule , quality , cost ,resource and cost , as the NPI focal coordinate with global site members to ensure new product ship on time , on quality , on volume .

2. Setup the NPI team according to product schedule and requirement. Leading team to ensure each manufacture related resource preparation.

3. Follow the trial run plan with matched and solve the product related issue during the whole prototype build phase.

4. Be able to drive EMS factory complete product transfer smoothly, around material ,fixture & equipment resource arrangement to match with S/CKD and finish goods delivery

5. Ensure the new product ramp up build quantity and quality and meet the FCSQ(First customer ship quantity).

Set up product management system , conducting manufactory process to continue improve work

Position Requirements:

1. Bachelor Degree and above. Electronic or Mechanic related major is better.

2. Above 6 years experience of smart phone and tablet or consumer electronic products introduction.

3. More than 2 years team management experience.

4. Be familiar with the new product introduction process and E2E manufacture process.

5. Able to understand complex issues quickly , Result driven to drive issues to closure

5. Fluent English skill for communication as work language,

6. PMP certification is better.
