Role Description

Are you looking to make an impact in the healthcare industry? Elios Management Consulting is seeking a full-time Nursing Trainer to join our team. As a Nursing Trainer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs for nursing staff, with the goal to build their competency and capacity in providing quality healthcare services. This is an on-site full-time role based in Puducherry that will require you to work collaboratively with a high-performing team and provide support to our healthcare projects.

Qualifications

  • Registered Nurse with a valid license in the respective state
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited university
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in training nursing staff
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects
  • Passion for educating and developing nursing staff
  • Experience in conducting in-service training programs, supervising and mentoring nursing staff, developing and implementing nursing care programs are preferred.
