MISSION

As part of our rapid growth plan, we are looking for an Office Admin to join the team and be responsible for all the administration related to country travel management, vendor support and carrying out common office duties. Internally, they will support varied requests and prioritize items for coordinating the daily operational flow.

OUTCOMES EXPECTED - FIRST YEAR

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage multiple daily office requests at all levels in the team as well as reception of customers and visitors as needed
  • Manage or participate in the management of the vendor relationships for the majority of suppliers of the office
  • Manage and coordinate the inventory and ordering of office supplies, kitchen requirements and training supplies as needed
  • Support the distribution of both incoming and outgoing postal and email enquiries
  • Assist in preparing meeting rooms for functions
  • Support administrative and scheduling duties for country-wide training functions
  • Support the finance, customer service and operations team from time to time in varied tasks as needed
  • Facilitate the travel, logistical and hotel requirements for both internal and external travelers of the office
  • Local travel if and when required for onground operations
  • Maintain the monthly and periodic reporting of the travel function in support of worldwide guidelines for management review
  • Participate in meetings and projects for travel, logistical transfers, etc. as needed

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
