Job Description: -

  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
  • Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance
  • Manage agendas/appointments etc. for the upper management
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary

Responsibilities: -

  • Making inbound and outbound calls.
  • Maintaining Lead Database of the Clients & Prospects.
  • Recording and Maintaining Proper Data Regarding any Department in Office Premises.
  • Maintain Periodic Status Reports, Activities Reports, Calls Done and Follow- up Reports.
  • Recording Clients Feedback Whenever required. (As Per Company)
  • Always in Contact with Prospect Clients by Regular Callings.
  • Supporting other office staffs with organizational tasks.
  • Sorting and distributing informational timely.

Skills and Qualifications: -

  • Knowledge of MS Office and statutory payments.
  • Minimum +2 Pass Required for this Post.
  • Excellent Communication Skills required.

Part-time hours: 30 per week
