To Maintain Stock Of Marketing Materials
To Keep Updated Database Of Mass Mailing Software.
To Upload Data From SFDC To Mass Mailing Software Every Month And Before Event
To Remove/Block/Correct Email Id In Mass Mailing SFDC As Per Subscriber?s Request

Travel Desk
Co-Ordinate With Employees Who Are Travelling And Make Necessary Travel And Accommodation Arrangements
Communicate To The Guest Or Employees About Their Travel Detail By Mail Id Well In Advance.
Make Travel And Accommodation Arrangement For Visitors
Arrange Pick Up Drop For Visitors As Per Visiting Guest Intimation And Co-Ordinate With Receptionist To Put Names Of Guest In Welcome PPT
Make Travel And Accommodation Arrangements For The Exhibitions Where Company Is Participating, Well In Advance To Get Good Price.
Maintain The Records Of All The Vendors Detail In The Format Given By Your Superior.
Get The Quote From Various Travel Agents (Consider Minimum 3 Vendors/Agents For Evaluation) For Air, Train, Car And Bus Tickets And Book The Same After Evaluation.
Develop And Maintain Good Business Relationship With Vendors To Get More Discounts.
