Overview / Responsibilities:
Wood is currently recruiting for Senior Offshore Instrumentation Engineers with extensive experience in the Offshore oil and gas petrochemical industry. The incumbent should have a sound knowledge of International Codes & Standards and General C&I Engineering. Independently be able to Lead medium to large sized project . Also carry out all aspects of General C&I Engineering to a high standard from first principles using client standards and in line with Project requirements confirming to safety and quality control within the man-hour budget and the project schedule targets. Be able to check / approve the quality of work carried out by Engineers/ designers
Skills / Qualifications:
  • Shall be capable of executing complete C&I scope for project taking full responsibility for budget, quality, safety, and schedule. Shall be a strong team player with capability to guide and lead a team of engineers and designers
  • Shall be capable of handling Offshore & Onshore projects.
  • Shall be capable of independently delivering C&I project scope for the packages like Compressors, fired Heaters etc;
  • Checking & approval of SPI/ INtools database
  • Checking & approval of Instrument data sheets, sizing calculations
  • Preparation and checking of Analysers and valves data sheets.
  • Preparation & checking/ review of MR, TBE, Post order vendor document review
  • Preparation & checking/ review of mechanical packages C&I Engineering documents.
  • Capable of handling complete MR for control system including FAT/SAT
  • Strong in Inter discipline & Vendor co-ordination.
  • International work exposure

Qualification:

BE / BTech with 15+ years of experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical Industries specifically in offshore and brownfield projects

Proficient & Independent working with SPI / Conval software / vendor sizing software
