Job Summary

The Onboarding & Exit experience partner is a champion at providing an amazing experience to the new joiners at different levels. Moving into a new and unfamiliar place frightens most people and if insecurities manifest themselves on a member in a workforce, the whole business can topple from poor productivity and high worker expenses. Candidate onboarding helps a business evade these setbacks.

The candidate will have to work closely with business leaders, talent experience team and Employee experience partners to ensure that the employees joining are set up for success by aligning them with the HighRadius way of working, the culture, understanding of the role, deliverables, KPIs/VGIs & bringing the disconnect to zero

S/he will be working on the exit experience and making sure that the exiting employees become brand ambassadors for HighRadius

Responsibilities

  • Partners with the team, talent acquisition and business operations in order to ensure that the employee is properly onboarded and integrated.
  • Becomes a trusted partner for the executive onboarding and ensure that they settle down in the company
  • Communicating with new hires to ensure smooth transference into the workplace.
  • Help them associate with their new colleagues, provide lists of their initial task and help set up the technical interfaces for their work
  • Should have the understanding of the company core values and leadership principles and be able to take sessions accordingly
  • Work closely with admin, IMS & business operations teams to ensure that the employees have a fantastic onboarding experience
  • Should be able to handle exit experience of employees from collaborating with Operations team for F&F
  • Work on building an Alumni association and constantly engage them via meetings with MD/CEO
  • Make the exiting employee become brand ambassadors for HighRadius
  • Other HR duties include: benefits knowledge, maintaining employee data, HR reporting and people analytics

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • 2-4 years of professional experience, with at least 2 years of progressive experience in HR
