Ensure Complete planning function and MIS activities from site.

Parameters through timely planning, deployment of resources, execution,

and safety.

Responsibility Of Site Planners

Implementing the mandates from management for timely

completion of the Project

Participating in Kick off meetings for site execution packages

Participate in review meetings with vendors

Monitoring physical progress of activities at site and report it to

HO

Preparation of rolling plans

Supports in finalisation of L2 and L3 schedules

Preparation of Daily, Weekly and Monthly progress reports

Co-coordinating for Supply of consumable items.

Co-coordinating for requirements of drawings and supply

materials.

Co-ordinate for contractor billing for all service contractors

Preparation of site level catch up plans

Diploma/ BE any stream
