Brief responsibilities of the role include:

Pure Car Carrier loading

• Coordination with Customer for timely submission of SI and approval of BL draft.
• Release BL and Invoices (as per contract) for Pure Car Carrier (Export shipments).
• Follow up for timely payment with customer.
• Coordinate with transshipment offices and provide various reports as required like BTOS report and VIN data along with dimensions.

Break Bulk Cargo

• Issue Import cargo invoices as per Load port 10 Days prior to vessel arrival.
• Release DO (update port office) after Endorsed OBL is received from Customer (MSIL)
• Follow up for payment and updating the Japan office on weekly basis with CKD (Invoice and payment details) report.
• Coordinating with the Japan office for any query from MSIL.
