1.Hand Holding the New Employees, ensuring their Productivity and focus on Attrition Control. 2.Conduct training for Internal Employees on Products, Process and Skill Development for Retail & OMNI Team 3.Sharing information about Equity, Derivatives, TPP, Commodities, Currency. 4.Engaging Trainees with E-Learning and Digital Learning. 5.If require will travel to Branch for Training.

Specifications Required-

Knowing Local Language is a Must i.e Bengali , Hindi & English.

Communication Skills & Presentation Skills is Mandatory.
