NP-Short Joiners
Administer applications Jira, Confluence, SonarQube, TeamCity, Bitbucket and manage their infrastructure end-to-end. •
Create, configure, setup projects, spaces in the above applications. •
Understand business requirements and translate them to the right setup in the above applications. •
Troubleshoot issues with production systems and resolve them with minimal or no downtime. • Perform software updates/ upgrades for the above applications whenever required. •
Renew licenses for the above applications in a timely fashion. •
Effectively manage user access and permissions for these applications •
Remediate, treat and manage vulnerabilities identified on the infrastructure of the above applications on a timely fashion as per Novartis security standards. •
Bring in new enhancements/ improvements in these applications, as per requirements......
Minimal requirements: •
Bachelors degree in Computer Science/ IT or related technical degree is mandatory. •
2+ years of extensive application administration experience with Jira, Confluence, SonarQube (SAST), Bitbucket (Git) and TeamCity (CI/CD) is a must. •
Excellent at understanding business requirements and translating them to the right setup in these applications •
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams and stakeholders is important •
Familiar with user access management, license renewal and management. •
Familiar with vulnerability management and infrastructure management. •
Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies •
Proven experience with Application Migration from Server (on-prem) to Cloud. •
Solid organizational skills, proven experience coordinating between multiple project stakeholders, technical program managers, and software development teams •
Good understanding on DevOps culture & mindset and basic understanding of Cloud architectures.
