URGENT REQUIREMENT FOR PRODUCTION MANAGER, SUPERVISOR AND OPERATORS(shop floor incharge)

REQUIREMENTS

PRODUCTION MANAGER: We are looking for an experienced Production Manager with in-depth knowledge of Production Management, to organize and oversee the Production of goods.

PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR: Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel optimum use of resources and increasing productivity.

OPERATORS(HMC,VMC,VTL): Use blueprints, specifications, work orders, orthographic drawings and geometric dimensions and tolerances to plan daily machining.

PRODUCTION MANAGER:

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage entire Production process
• ensure an efficient and productive process that meets Company and Customer requirements
• Production Planning with team leaders based on Indent received from Supply Chain / Stores
• Determine requirement of resources and manage resources in best manner, scheduling Regulating production
• Scheduling jobs for production and organizing workflow to meet specifications and deadlines
• Ensuring product quality and accuracy - manufacture the goods maintaining high level of quality output
• Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel optimum use of resources and increasing productivity

PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR:

Roles and Responsibilities

• Study of drawings, customer technical specification, QAP, existing process sheets, etc.
• Organizing workflow to meet specifications and deadlines
• Monitor production to resolve issues
• Supervise and evaluate the performance of production personnel
• Ensure output meets quality standards
• Achieve production targets
• Handling/planning of production team ( Management and Workers )
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly production plans & tracking these plans.
• Preparation of manufacturing project schedules for all projects, updating these schedules weekly, circulating & identifying & raising issues affecting critical path in the meeting.

OPERATORS(HMC,VMC,VTL):

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Should have knowledge in above machine program & setting
• Should have worked in Fanuc & Siemens control based machine
• Set-up, manage machines to perform different jobs including drilling, grinding, milling.
• Translate engineering drawings and requirements into dimensions for production.
• Ensure the machine operates in accordance with the guidelines
• Must be flexible to work in shift (8 hours based)
• Communicate with other shifts and accurately document daily production operations for maintain continuity.
• Accomplish company objectives via accepting responsibilities for completing innovative and new requests while also exploring value adding opportunities.
• QUALIFICATION:12TH,ITI,DIP,BE
• EXPERIENCE: 0 TO 8 YEARS

Requirements from Candidate:
