**Roles & Responsibilities**
Direct and oversee the entire operations, inventory Management, wastage elimination, maximum utilization of resources and cost control by effective analysis.
Liaise with department head to implement smooth process so the efficiency of the department gets enhanced.
Ensure the policies, safety standards and protocols are strictly adhered in the department.
Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution.
Set a clear mission and deploy strategies focused towards that mission
Develop service procedures, policies and standards
Ensure effective data collection including quality indicators analysis and corrective actions monitor performance of department through operational indicators/quality indicators set.
Control resources and utilize assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets
Adhere to and manage the approved budget.
