Job Description:

Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
Should have knowledge of Logistics & yard management
Zero Pickup & delivery Miss
Maintainance of vehicles standing in Inventory
Will be responsible for managing documentations & RC Transfer
Esnure Zero Docuements pendencies
TImely completion of document verification
Follow up with Dealers for RC Transfer
Good Knowlwdge of Excel & analytical skills
Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate & cost-effective way
Procurement of material for vehciles & yard
Ensure parking of vehciles in effitive manner & shopfloor to be followed
Good Coomunication Skills
Should be able to lead the team for a particular given task
Should have good contacts in RTO for RC Transfers
Implementation of SOP in the warehouse
Should solve issue in a structured manner
Should maintain the sheets / yard data in secure & proper way
Inventory Mismatch should be zero
All entries in system & G-Sheets should be done in real time
Conduct Physical verification at yard on 1st of evry month

Experience Range:

1 - 5 years

Educational Qualifications:

Any graduation,

Candidate Attributes:

Bachelor’s degree in any stream
Previous work experience & Reliability
Excellent organizational skills.
Should have basic knowledge of MS Excel
experience in relevant sector will be preferred
Knowledge of Documentation RTO’s Process
Good communication skills.
Can handle dealer drievances & solve them
Should be ready for multi tasks
Should be able to handle the pressure.
