We are looking for an Operations Executive with prior experience in the Food & Beverage industry.

The ideal candidate will have an ability to create and maintain an efficient system of operation to support the business needs. The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different business units. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in related fields.

The roles and responsibilities of the post will be as follows;

  • Develop and implement SOPs.
  • Ensure all needed SOP for endorsement are followed and executed with zero deviations by the team.
  • Handle and resolve all customer escalations.
  • Hire, train and lead a team of Area Managers.
  • Overlook and supervise the operational front of the business at a macro and micro level.
  • Handle all operations related to smooth functioning of the day to day operations.
  • Communicate with E-Com Channels like Swiggy, Zomato, Dunzo to and maintain smooth relation and transactions with them.

Qualifications required;

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Strong ability to multitask
  • Comfort working with multiple groups within business
