1) Operation Executive - Roles and Responsibilities


Dispatching finished goods to the respective routes & stores


  • Understanding the status of the dispatch based on the time of the day
  • Creating & printing dispatch invoices & route statements for all the respective stores
  • Answering the incoming customer calls for instant order placements
  • Clearing customer questions regarding orders and products
  • Timely checking of the pending orders yet to be dispatched
  • If necessary printing photo sheets using PHOTOSHOP SOFTWARE
  • Let the van drivers know about the pending dues

Completing daily accounting


  • Checking if the dispatched quantity is equal to the produced quantity
  • Updating returns/adds of any products for the respective stores
  • Entering Sundry items in a timely manner
  • Listing the dues from the respective stores
  • Checking if the cash draw is in sync with the Daybook

Develop skills to manage dispatchers and troubleshooting issues occurred during operations in the factory so to grow into a Chief Dispatch Executive


  • Successful completion of above-mentioned duties with issue percentage less than 5%, Day

Operations Dispatcher will be given training on managing co dispatchers & to troubleshoot the issues occurred during operations

QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS & PREFERRED SKILLS

Bachelors Degree

Basic knowledge in Photoshop software

Excellent Numerical Skills

Excellent Interpersonal skills like interact, communicate, and collaborate with others effectively


2) Tele sales executive - Roles & responsibilities

Calling the B2C leads(Prospects) or answering the incoming sales calls and providing them solutions

  • Spending 6 hours per day on receiving sales calls or calling the prospects
  • Understanding the needs of the prospect by asking specific questions
  • Providing solutions to the prospects after establishing their needs using the available collaterals
  • Suggest relevant and applicable upsells and cross sells to boost sales

Sales Conversion

  • Follow up with the prospects via WhatsApp or direct call until sales conversion
  • Sending payment link to the customer to complete the payment
  • Post payment forwarding the order to the Operations team
  • Allotting a runner for the order delivery as per schedule
  • Answering post-delivery questions of the customer if there are any

Data Management

  • Recording every sales call and uploading it to Google Drive via Google Forms
  • Recording the prospect information via Google Forms
  • Prepare and submit daily sales reports to management

Develop B2B selling skills & B2B business knowledge to grow into a Sales Lead

  • Completing the above mentioned duties

Participate in B2B sales calls at least 2hours per week

MEASUREMENT METRICS

  • Meeting Sales Targets every month
  • No of Sales calls done vs Sales conversions
  • Quantity of Upselling & Cross selling to the customers

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Any Bachelors Degree

PREFERRED SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

  • Proficiency with MS OFFICE and Google SUITE
  • Proficiency in English & Hindi
  • Follow-up skills
  • Listening & Communication skills
  • Rapport building & problem solving skills
