We are hiring Operation Manager at Faridabad Location.


Role- Operation Manager

Experience- 5-10 years, Faridabad location experience

Salary- 30-45k PM

Office-Faridabad.

Official hours- 9:00am to 5.30pm



JOB DESCRIPTION FOR OPERATION MANAGER

1. Developing growth strategies and plans, focused both on financial gain and client satisfaction. Develop negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies.

2. Having depth knowledge of business.

3. Keep an eye on Daily payment collection along with managing and retaining relationship with existing clients.

4. Deep knowledge of guards training and make sure that they follow security procedures and guidelines and check the shortage and recruitments on daily basis.

5. Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements
