Roles and Responsibilities


Operation Management

  • To manage the ambulance operations in an effective manner and to ensure 100% implementation of processes and procedures.
  • Execute the responsibilities according to lawful and ethical standards.
  • To implement, maintain and manage an effective system of controls throughout the operations, covering non-financial as well as financial controls.
  • Report to Project Head on defined timelines with detailed MIS and analysis for improvising operational efficiency of the organization.
  • Should work on data analysis or if highlighted by other departments
  • Monitoring the performance on daily basis wrt SLA/KPI
  • Should be good in data management and good decision-maker, ensure closure

P&L

  • Ensures the project is meeting the business targets as budgeted.
  • Ensures that costs are regularly tracked and are under control as per budget.

People Management

  • Ensure staffing is as per the business plan.
  • Ensuring the level of motivation of all associated is optimum and inclined towards their job role.
  • To build and lead an effective and cohesive operations team.
  • Ensure requirements and employment are carried out in accordance with company procedure and in compliance with the law.
  • Establish goals and objectives for self and team and implement accordingly to help support/improve job performance.
  • Address any staff discipline or grievance issue, maintaining appropriate records in accordance with company procedures.

Relationship Management

  • Build good relationships with Government officials to ensure continuous support on an ongoing basis.
  • Establish, maintain and enhance relationships with key officials in NHM/State Health Societies in the region.

Quality Service

  • To ensure the quality of services rendered are efficient and effective and as per defined and acceptable quality standards.
  • To check and monitor the feedback which is shared by the Quality dept and ensure satisfactory closure of the concerns raised.

Desired Candidate Profile

Min 10 years of relevant experience in public affairs, government relations, and/or legislative staff work required.

Strategic, analytical & logical thinking. Good command of English & regional language, both written & verbal.

Leadership Skills.

Eye for detail (critical for this position).
