Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Lead. The Team Lead will be responsible for managing a team of customer service representatives, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality service delivery. The Team Lead will also be responsible for creating and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention, monitoring and analyzing performance data, and providing regular feedback and coaching to team members.

Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or BPO environment
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze and interpret performance data, and use insights to drive process improvement
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software platforms
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Experience in training and coaching team members is a plus
  • Experience in the BPO industry is a plus
