Responsibilities:
To Provide 24/7 Operation Support in Real Time Drilling Operations while working on rotating shift pattern. Troubleshoot and resolve issues faced by end users in real time within set SLA.

Exhibit thorough knowledge of RTDS software functionality, configuration and usage.

Role / Responsibility-

Provide real time technical support to LWD / MWD and Mud Logging services for Data Storage and

Management from the rig site to office under highly confidential conditions.

Exhibit thorough knowledge of RTDS Software functionality, configuration and usage

Acts as an intermediate level technical specialist. Oversees junior level engineers in day to day task and critical troubleshooting.

Manage and track escalations to higher support levels and escalations to development team

Provide training to customers on RTDV application and functionality.

May require occasional travel to the rig sites for installation of RTDS hardware for new project set up and Client Demo.

Get certified for various Sea Survival courses. (BOSIET / H2S certification)

Test and configure RTDS Hardware / software utilised for data transmission and aggregation.

Completion of all required training per given time lines

Must understand and comply with all QHSE policies of Weatherford

Skill and Knowledge-

Fair knowledge of WITS/WITSML protocols of data transmission.

Well versed with Drilling Operations, Drilling rig sites work experience ( ML / LWD engineer)

Basic knowledge of networking. IP address/ Firewalls / Proxy Networks.

Ability to work with minimum supervision

Qualification-

Graduate in Petroleum Engineering / Geology

Preferred- Master degree in Petroleum / Geology

Qualifications:
Minimum 2-4+ years related experience - Engineering Degree.
