Responsibilities

experience in recruitment and OPT/CPT hirings with effective hands-on experience on various job boards .i.e. Dice, Career builder, Monster, corp-corp, etc. Coordinating the entire recruitment process till the consultant is on board at the client’s place.

  • Effectively recruited candidates through internet research, internal database, cold calling, referrals, networking, and other strategies.
  • Posting advertisements on university sites and various job portals.
  • Should possess good knowledge of various technologies in the market.
    Required Skills
  • Minimum of 1-5years of proven IT recruiting experience.
  • Updating and maintaining the database for future requirements, generate daily reports, and update them
  • Excellent knowledge of Job Portal searches on the likes of Monster, Career Builder, Dice, etc.
  • Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high-paced, changing work environment.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage work time efficiently.
  • The ideal candidate would possess high energy, be highly motivated, and self-directed.
  • Ability to work in a team environment with a high sense of urgency.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
