Post : Order Processing Executive


MAJOR JOB ROLE

1. Order processing of all Ecommerce portals like Flipkart, Amazon, Paytm, Myntra, Etc.

2. Responsible for all activities related to RTV and Customer Return for Flipkart, Amazon, Paytm, Myntra, Jabong Etc.

3. Coordinating with Portals team and Raise a claim for disputed return like short, Damage and Wrong product received.

4. Managing and update inventory on Uni-commerce.

5. Should have worked on Unicommerce (warehousing management software)

6. Day to day order processing across platforms B2C and B2B.

7. Proficient in MS Office, MS Word, MS Excel & MS PowerPoint.

8. Knowledge of Advanced Excel would be an advantage: VLookup, HLookup, MIS Pivot Table.

9. Candidate should be good in english (Written and Verbal)

10. Candidate should have good typing skills like drafting a mail.
