Job Description:

1. Generating sales through Online Subscription Selling over the phone to clients based in Australia.

2. Whilst experience with the Share Market is favourable, it is not essential - Hard work and sales talent is.

3. Minimum of 2 years experience in direct sales/phone sales.

4. Making 100 to 150 Outbound Sales Calls daily to Australian Based customer investing in the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX).

5. A hard-working and progressive individual who can talk to international clients and be able to sell subscription packages to clients.

6. Offer assistance to existing customers to address their issues/concerns.

7. Maintain a robust track of existing call leads and use it to keep a track/ convert potential leads into sales by lining up call-backs and re-negotiating with the customers.

8. Share Invoice and provide after-sales assistance to the new customers over phone and emails.

9. Maintain MIS of the work done by you Daily/Weekly/Monthly

- Experience of 2-10 years required in outbound phone selling.

- Experience in stockbroking or financial markets preferable.

- Excellent Communication and Sales skills.

- Analytical skills to read the customers’ minds and generate business by closing sales over the phone.

- Have excellent time management skills.

- Self-Confident, Enthusiastic, Patient, Passionate, Resilient and Cheerful.

- Willing to learn about the product and master his/her skills & knowledge.

- Adapt to sales pressure.

Operating Hours:

5.00 AM to 2.30 PM IST(Monday to Friday)

*Saturdays working depending on targets achieved during the week.
