Roles and Responsibilities-Packaging Material AnalystPharmaceutical Industry (*Packaging is an integral part of pharmaceutical product.)*

1. Sampling - Packaging Materials

2. To carry out the testing of Packing Material according to approved procedure

3. Documentation related to sample handling and analysis.

4. Packaging materials analysis.

5. Preparation & review of QC – SOPs.

6. Investigation of QC failures

7. Management of samples.

8. Management of inspection and calibration records.

9. Review and approve the Specification and Standard testing procedures.

10. Review and approve the working standard qualification record.

11. Analysis of packaging materials/In Process standardization record

12. Specification of Packaging materials according to BMR & design

13. Investigation if any deviation is observed and immediately inform to dept. head

14. Any work assign by directors / Dept. Head

15. Reporting to QA/QC Head

Education – B Pharma

5 + years experience in packing material testing department in pharma/Healthcare/ Cosmetic.
