We have urgent job opening for the position of Paint Room In charge.


  • Must have experience on UV Coating and spray gun(automatic).
  • Responsible for painting workshop operation orderly.
  • Responsible for formulating, implementing and supervising department monthly, quarterly, annually work plan.
  • Executive corporation annual target, control department all cost(labor, paints, electric and auxiliary expense).
  • Executive corporation annual 6S target, promote department 6s.
  • Responsible for department overall planning, adjusting, promotion, recruitment and dismissal.
  • Track and analyze all kinds of bad conditions, continuously improve the quality of production.
  • Responsible for transfer and execute superior’s information.
  • Must have good communication skills and management skills.

    • Knowledge should be:

  • Pu liquid coating (Uv , Ut , )
  • Paint mixing knowledge.
  • Gun setting.
  • Pump maintenance.
  • Air balance control.
  • Color matching knowledge.
  • Thickness.
  • Uv energy checking knowledge.
  • I.r temperature
  • E.s.d knowledge.
  • Sludge cleaning.

  • English: Candidate must be able to speak and write English well.
