What you ll do:

Implement a flawless system of function at the key account given.
Connecting and bridging the gap between the key account and the main office.
Key Holder for the process, implementation, and control for the key account given.
Connecting the officials at the Hospital and medical practitioners to align with the company idea.
Supervise the team. Ensure complete documentation, discipline and work ethics
Report for any feedback or modification required at the key account.
Capture the details/feedback given by patients and doctors about the service.
Escalate any barriers and bug details to Daytoday technical / Operations team.
Participate in mandatory training required for role development.
Volunteer for additional projects apart from the daily schedule.
