Job Description:

· Create the Product Development Plan as part of the Annual Operating Plan (Financial year) for the next year

· To develop infrastructure / capacity in line with the projected Business growth

· Undertake initiatives , product innovation that help in Increasing Sales

· Define CAD/CAM deliverables and quality standards of communication, presentation, follow up for all customers

· Be responsible for creating aesthetic designs as per technical requirements. - Clear understanding of the customer requirements, fully probe the urgencies and timelines to deliver

· Ensure waste minimisation and minimum rework by closely monitoring the process

· Continuous improvement in process & systems

· Adapting newer technologies/software to boost efficiency, accuracy as well as control cost per product….

· Connect with the customers & explore new opportunities – Collections

· Study market trends and suggest appropriate action plans

· Ensure Mood Boards are created and presented for further selection

· Focus on Product Innovation

· Ensure high PD hit ratio

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift

  • Yearly bonus
