Urgent Requirement:

Industry – PEB, Construction, Warehousing, Turnkey solution, Real estate

Qualification– BS degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field, Post Graduates –Business Management, Civil Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • To prepare a Quotation (as per client requirements) with appropriate Drawing taking into consideration all the market rates to make it a competitive one.
  • Prepare the working plan for site team and ensure that it has to be followed.
  • To ensure that fabrication & erection manpower is readily available and they perform as per plan
  • It refers to the Quality check of Material ordered, material fabricated & painted and Quality of Erection.
  • Ensure that all the safety measures should be followed at site like Safety Banners at place, Workers use Safety Personal Protect Equipment’s.
  • Ensure various checklists are maintained and logged
  • Ensure the completion is within the defined timeframes

Background:

  • Proven working experience in construction management
  • Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods
  • Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards
  • Understanding of all facets of the construction process
  • Familiarity with construction management software packages
  • Ability to plan and see the “big picture”
  • Competent in conflict and crisis management
  • Leadership and human resources management skills
  • Excellent time and project management skills

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
