Overview / Responsibilities:

Wood is currently recruiting for two People Systems Support to act as P&O focal point and SME for People Systems and system processes which support the end to end employee life cycle business processes. Demonstrate an in depth knowledge of the People systems intended functionality, keeping abreast of the applications development and uses.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
  • Maintains close working relationships with all functional areas of the system processes
  • Work with end-users to resolve problems, address functional issues, and provide guidance in the use of systems
  • Perform analysis of the integration error reports resolving, escalating and delegating errors as appropriate
  • Develop, create and maintain data auditing processes and schedules with a focus to mitigating risks associated with data integrity and improving data integrity performance
  • Responsible for the monitoring and maintenance of approval workflows
  • Maintain and manage Inclusion/Exclusion by exception tables
  • Support global mobility system process working with receiving and giving global/regional teams
  • Assist with the testing of patches, upgrades, enhancements and deployments
  • Support business readiness and training
  • Provide and collate specialist data gathering and analysis from People Systems
  • Works with BAU and Projects teams in developing and testing configuration changes, and assists in the implementation and business readiness
  • Creation and maintenance of system processes and guidance material
  • Maintain and manage system work structure values and tables including mass updates and data migration
  • Perform HDL loads, create HDL templates, file import/export, element batch loader and Web ADis

Skills / Qualifications:
Qualifications:

Graduate

Knowledge, skills and experience:

  • 3-5 years experience in HR or Payroll (or related field)
  • Proficient in all Microsoft programs; high level proficiency in Excel and Word is required
  • Experience in an HRIS system (namely Oracle) strongly preferred
  • Strong data entry skills
  • Develops familiarity with business terms and acronyms
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Good to excellent spelling and grammar skills
  • Identifies inefficiencies and provides process improvement recommendations
