Position Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing company in the Healthcare space, redefining nutrition for neonatal care.

The role will be to ensure the rapid scaling up of the business to ensure the company reaches its ambitious growth plan and benefit from opportunities that this shall bring.


Essential Responsibilities

Achieve targeted level of sales within the assigned territory


Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Professionally & effectively employs sales skills to achieve targeted sales

2. Develop the sales and business mix from the individual customer

3. Maintain accurate and current database

4. Identify & develop KOLS

5. Effectively communicate with customers to gain commitment to purchase

6. Advise Reporting Manager on feedback/comments relating to product

7. Content and pricing

8. Provide weekly & monthly schedule of planned activities


Minimum Required Qualifications/Experience/Exposures

1. Preferably B.Sc / B. Pharma graduate with 1 year to 4 years of relevant experience

2. Previous experience of having worked with products related to NICU space

3. Well conversant and up-to-date about NICUs/Neonatologists,

4. PICU’s/Paed’s in all major hospitals & clinics would be an added

advantage

5. Must be willing to travel both within city & out-of-station (approx. 20% - 30%

of the time) and must have own 2-wheeler with license

6. Have an established track record in achieving results and targets
