We are Hiring a Clinic Head (Special Educator / Physiotherapist)

Location: Patiala

Interview Mode: Telephonic + Face to Face

Experience: 3+ Years

Salary: up to INR 35,000/-

Qualification: MPT /BPT

Must-Have: Fluent in the Punjabi Language

Key Responsibilities

Receiving and greeting patients

Registration of patients and capturing basic parameters

Scheduling and Calendar management

Handling patient queries

Billing/ Invoicing and payment collection

Preparing MIS reports of the Clinic on a daily basis

Coordinating with corporate teams like operations, marketing, etc. as per the clinic’s requirement

Counseling and providing consultations with the patients about the services available.

Ensuring all of the above is done ethically and with honesty.

Overall, maintaining a very cordial and positive atmosphere at the reception/clinic and helping begin and maintain excellent relationships with patients and the internal staff/doctors.
