We’re looking for a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as a Placement Coordinator!

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Finding placement opportunities for our candidates
  • Building and nurturing relationships with industry partners
  • Planning and coordinating placements effectively
  • Completing necessary documentation for placements
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for both candidates and employers
  • Coordinating with various industries to understand their hiring needs
  • Arranging interview facilities for candidates
  • Collecting feedback from both candidates and employers to improve our services

Qualification & Skills:

  • Minimum Graduation in any segment or MBA in HR or marketing
  • Prior experience in job placement, career counseling, or related field
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle requirements of Civil engineering
  • Willingness to travel as per professional requirements
  • Good PR, liaison, and relationship-building skills
