Planning & Operations

To provide consolidated, reliable tracking of commitments of commercial products.
Responsible for end to end activites (Initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling of the commitments of order book.
Clear communication & effective coordination with cross functional teams like RA, QC, QA, Unit, and FMD.
Responsible for timely completion of activities by tracking.
Prepare & present with presentation skills of monthly dashboard, status, trackers & departmental presentation.
Accountable to product wise & plant wise updates.
Familiar with Inventory control Management.Roles and Responsibilities
