Executive Hiring is looking for a Factory Finance and Commercial leader for an FMCG, based at Baddi, HP.CA with 8-10 years of post qualification work experience in an MNC FMCG with a relevant experience in financial and controlling management of the factory and supervise accounting and the information systems.The role will be responsible for the end to end management of PL (Profit and Loss).The Role
  • Pricing
  • Delivery of profit
  • Engagement of plant teams to identify cost saving opportunities, and see to their execution
  • Maintenance of balance sheet hygiene on Fixed Assets, Inventory, Payables and Receivables etc.
  • Internal Audit Action Plan and Internal Control Action Plan within agreed timelines
  • Direct indirect Taxation and other Statutory Compliance
