Job content

1. Overall responsibility of managing cost, quality, delivery, safety, and management system Production

2. Manage a team of 250 people, including managers, supervisors, and Workers * Ensuring daily targets are defined and met. * 3. Close interaction with Customers for ensuring delivery, cost, and quality requirements are met * 4. Ensure documentations are up to date. * 5. Develop and communicate KRAs for Managers and support in achieving the same.

6. Monitor and control Inventory as per the given target * 7. Minimize Obsolescence Quality * 8. Implementation, monitoring, and sustenance of IATF 16949/ ISO 3834 requirements * 9. Plan and conduct audits (5S, Safety, Product, Process, Internal Quality system) * 10. Implementation of POKA YOKE principles * 11. Ensure PPM at customer end is< 50 and inhouse < 500 * 12. Ensure Quality issues are analyzed and closed with corrective actions Maintenance

13. Monitoring MTTR and MTBF and achieving annual improvement of at least 10% * 14. Aware of basics of presses and their working principle * 15. Ensure equipment availability – minimum 80% Supply chain / inbound logistics/ dispatch * Ensure daily Schedule vs supply > 90% * 16. Close interaction with customers for pre-empting and ensuring availability of stock

17. Sales increase > given target, New Part addition > given target. Improvement activities/lean manufacturing * 18. Plan and improve 5S in a time-bound manner * 19. Plan and implement Kaizen activities * Ensure People, Equipment, and Environment safety * 20. Ensure competent persons are available in Key Managerial positions * 21. Identify Training needs based on competency analysis and provide training * 22. Ensure timely payment of staff and workers and any grievances should be closed on priority Overall management * 23. Preparing and presenting weekly and monthly MIS report to TOP management * 24. In the event of new changes able to present management with a future course of action.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to ₹780,000.00 per year
