Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and motivated PLC Programmer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in PLC programming and a strong background in industrial automation. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and maintenance of PLC systems that drive our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain PLC programs for automated manufacturing systems.
  • Collaborate with engineers and technicians to design and troubleshoot PLC-based control systems.
  • Configure PLC hardware and software components according to project requirements.
  • Perform system integration and testing to ensure proper functionality and reliability.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to PLC programming and control systems.
  • Document all aspects of PLC programs, including design specifications, test procedures, and user manuals.
  • Provide training and support to production staff on the operation and maintenance of PLC systems.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in PLC programming and automation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in PLC programming, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as ladder logic, structured text, and function block diagram.
  • Experience with PLC platforms such as Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or Mitsubishi.
  • Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Modbus, Profibus).
  • Familiarity with HMI/SCADA systems and their integration with PLCs.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with motion control systems (e.g., servo drives, stepper motors).
  • Familiarity with software tools for PLC programming and simulation (e.g., RSLogix, TIA Portal).
  • Previous exposure to industrial robotics and machine vision systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per month
