Primary Role

  • Processing of PMS client on-boarding and Other transactions in defined TAT. Compliance check and client due diligence at the time of onboarding and ongoing.
  • Physical document management and communications to the clients and distributors. Operational assistance to clients, distributors, customer service team and sales team.
  • Assisting superior and other subordinates in day to day activity. Co-ordination with custodian, DP and other vendors.

Secondary Role

  • Process document updation and solving audit observations.
  • Proactively sharing feedback for system and process improvement.
  • Preparing various MIS and work on Tasks allotted by superiors.
