Roles and Responsibilities :


*Production planning for the lines (manpower, machine and styles)

*Line performance analysis (efficiency, man to machine ratio, cost/pieces) and plan or continuous improvement

*Discussion with other team members (like merchants, fabric manager, cutting Team, planning, IE team).

*Looking after job works (such as printing, embroidery, garment dying etc) and Taking decision on selection vendors for job work.

*Responsible to arrange the inspections on or before the window cancel date.

*Responsible for review and analyses of every day Line Input & production.

*Responsible for material control as per the averages.

*Responsible to increase the productivity.

*Follow-up with all departments.

*Responsible for production planning.

*Responsible for loading and scheduling.

*Responsible to control & monitor in-house Production.(Cut to pack including stitching & finishing)

*Responsible to control & monitor out house (fabrication) production.

*Responsible for review and analyses of every day production.

*Deciding rate for piece rate employees (sewing, thread cutting, pressing etc.)

*Co-ordination and monitoring of continuous improvement projects.

*Follow up with supplier or fabricator.

*Responsible to arrange the inspections on or before the window cancel date.



Desired Candidate Profile - Science Graduate/B.Tech , with minimum 8 years of experience with reputed export house.
