Inviting applications for the role of Credit Analyst
In this role, you will be responsible for working closely with and within the Customers, Credit Managers, and Credit Management team. You are to maintain, revise or develop workflow and reporting tools as needed (snapshots, dashboards, etc.)
Responsibilities
  • Analyzing the creditworthiness of the customer based on Customers financial reports
  • Reviewing all the customer risk factors & payment history to set the net terms and also to suggest increase the credit limits based on the financials and history
  • Validating the customers’ business through DNBi, CRM, Payments history, websites, and Address Verification streaming to identify Fraudulent customers and to assign the appropriate credit limits to accounts that qualify and dually winning more business from customers
  • Maintaining / Reviewing Master Data on regular intervals
  • Preparing / Publishing ad-hock master data reports
  • Understanding Master Data fields and relationships in ERP System
  • Verifying the Bill to/Ship to addresses if required
  • Review and analyze customers who are approaching credit limit & Processing Hard Holds credit holds
  • Utilize in-house workflow and reporting tools to ensure operational compliance and escalate operational issues when necessary
  • Assist with operational quality / annual credit limit review
  • Develop and maintain an understanding of applicable software packages
  • Work with operational leadership to establish processes, procedures, and metrics to use for a team or individual measurement
  • Assist operational leadership with transitioning of new clients/projects
  • Prioritize workload
  • Prepare applicable reports and attend select meetings at the request of management
  • Develop an environment that fosters continuous performance improvement
  • Implement appropriate mechanisms to identify, understand and escalate performance gaps and/or performance breakthroughs
  • All other duties assigned to maintain Process Health and Hygiene
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum qualifications
  • Graduate in any finance or business stream
  • Excellent English Communication Skills (Verbal and Written)
  • Customer-Centric Mindset, Ability to challenge status quo
  • System proficiency in MS Office Tools
  • An inquisitive nature
Preferred qualifications
  • Detail-oriented
  • Knowledge / Experience in MDM
  • Must have the powerful analytical ability for reporting and dashboards, also requires heightened attention to detail to ensure accuracy in output
  • Strong ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities and work with minimal supervision
  • Good interpersonal skills to lead multiple responsibilities simultaneously
  • Good influencing skills and interpersonal, analytical skills, and attention to detail
  • Good team commitment and results delivery orientation
  • Good understanding of SAP
  • Able to navigate through PowerBi reports
  • Experience in HRC or any other workflow / CRM experience (added preference)
