Summary:

As aProcess Engineer Manager, you will play a critical role in our companyTesio Cooling Systems India Private Limited,You will be responsible for leading a team of engineers in designing, developing, and implementing new and improved manufacturing processes. You will also be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the engineering department and ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in process engineering, preferably in the heat exchanger or radiator manufacturing industry
  • 3+ years of experience in managing a team of engineers
  • Strong understanding of heat transfer principles
  • Experience with process modelling and simulation software
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of engineers in designing, developing, and implementing new and improved manufacturing processes
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the engineering department
  • Ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Work closely with other departments, such as production and quality control, to ensure that all products meet customer requirements
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the manufacturing process
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and trends in the heat exchanger and radiator manufacturing industry
